While 24hPoker's main offering may be poker, they manage to attract some fresh fish to the tables with their casino and sportsbook. The 24hPoker software is Mac and Linux-friendly using their Java-based browser client, though Windows PC users can still take advantage of a downloadable software client. In addition to these benefits, their Customer Support is available in 4 different languages: English, Russian, Swedish and Finnish!

24hPoker offers a huge number of game types: Hold’em, Omaha, Sökö, 7-Card Stud, 32-Card Draw, 5-Card Draw, Deuce to Seven Triple-Draw, Telesina, Americana and Carabbean Stud. Stakes range from €0.02-€0.04 up to €750-€1500, but generally €100-€200 is the biggest level where a games can regularly be found. Tournament players are in luck as most of these game types are also offered as multi-table or Sit'n'Go tournaments. If you are looking for more action you can play Turbo Tournaments, which have shorter 5 minutes blind levels, or Super-Turbo Turnaments where the blinds go up every 2 minutes! On top of all that, 24hPoker holds some bigger tournaments such as the monthly €150,000-Guaranteed and the weekly €50,000-Guaranteed. They also offer chances to win seats to the European Masters of Poker!
Quality of Players (Rated 8 out of 10)
You'll find mostly Scandinavian players here, which means they are quite a few serious poker players around. This is not so bad as a lot of bad players play at micro stakes tables, but the further you move up in limits the tougher the competition gets. However, tight and aggressive sharks can be avoided by staying away from players that see a low percentage of flops. By the way, all your high-rollers out there shouldn't forget that there is a lot of action at the higher stakes tables at 24hPoker!
Software (Rated 9 out of 10)
In addition to their main downloadable software client for Windows PCs, 24hPoker also offers a version of their software that opens in a web browser window, giving you the opportunity to play from any computer with a web browser without downloading the game client. The lobby is very simple to use, and every feature can be easily found without too much confusion. There aren’t many settings for you to worry about in the options menu, but the important features that you expect to find at just about any poker room are toggled on or off from there.
Graphics (Rated 6 out of 10)
The lobby and the tables have a nice black and blue theme, and the simple layout makes it easy to follow all the action on screen. One downside is that there are no player avatars, so some players may find the interface to be a bit too simple. Then again, perhaps 24hPoker is trying to send the message that this is a poker room for serious players: It’s all about the money!
