Hello Savvy, I have a few questions!

First one, for betsson, is it the table name or the login name I need to put in?

Also, if one room is on repeat bonus, can I complete the repeat bonus as well as the original bonus before I submit it's been completed? And if so will I recieve both the normal and the repeat one?

Then, on smartlivepoker, I have completed the 1500, but when I click "completed?" it's still the old "Requirement 1000 points...." do I just submit it even though it says 1000 points?

Please email support@pokersavvy.com for info about player checks and please email promotions@pokersavvy.com for questions about repeat bonus.

I can help you a bit: as for timing of repeat bonuses, your status will be updated with reports provided from the room. Checking "completed" helps us resolve any reporting issues but will not trigger any SavvyPoints awards. We need confirmation from the room.
