We have detected that you are based in the United States. Unfortunately, due to the vague and uncertain legal and regulatory environment in the United States, PokerSavvy does not allow United States residents to sign up for SavvyPoints or rakeback offers at real money poker rooms. We regret that we need to do this and hope that the US government will soon clarify the law and create a framework that allows US-based poker players to play the game they love safely and openly. We encourage you to contact your Congressperson to express your view that poker is not, and should not, be illegal and we encourage you to support candidates at all levels that share that view.

In the meantime, we welcome you to check out PokerSavvy Plus, our poker training product that is fully accessible to United States residents. Thanks for your understanding.

Hello,

We are posting here with information regarding the situation with Tower Poker. As many of you know, the poker room has been paused from our offers for some time, due to a failure on the room’s part to honor the contract they had entered into with PokerSavvy and the players we have been referring.

We have been working daily to achieve a resolution with this poker room as there are outstanding issues they have failed to address:

1. They have ceased providing us with reporting. Without this data, we cannot verify tracking statuses. Without this data, we cannot confirm if users have met the requirements and are entitled to SavvyPoints.

2. Prior to the ending of reporting, they had given us data which they positively assured verified a group of users as having met the requirements and were owed their kickbacks. Believing the company was acting in good faith, we paid out months worth of SavvyPoints. Unfortunately, they have now refused to pay us what we are owed for those we referred to their poker room.

3. They have stopped responding to our emails entirely, making it impossible for us to work towards solution. Without their cooperation, we cannot work for the players who we represent.

We would highly recommend stopping all play at this poker room as they have demonstrated that they are delinquent with payment and untrustworthy.

We would also recommend contacting the representatives at Tower Poker who are breaking their commitment to you as a player and to PokerSavvy. Here is the relevant contact information:

Justin Wickel, Justin@toweraffiliates.com, Skype: toweraffiliates
Adrian Korstanje, Adrian@toweraffiliates.com, Skype: adriantoweraffiliates
David Visser, David@toweraffiliates.com
Lisa Taggart, ltaggart@towergaming.com

We are currently working on the next steps in this regrettable situation and will contact you if there is more news.

Thank you for your understanding and patience,
PokerSavvy
