We have detected that you are based in the United States. Unfortunately, due to the vague and uncertain legal and regulatory environment in the United States, PokerSavvy does not allow United States residents to sign up for SavvyPoints or rakeback offers at real money poker rooms. We regret that we need to do this and hope that the US government will soon clarify the law and create a framework that allows US-based poker players to play the game they love safely and openly. We encourage you to contact your Congressperson to express your view that poker is not, and should not, be illegal and we encourage you to support candidates at all levels that share that view.

In the meantime, we welcome you to check out PokerSavvy Plus, our poker training product that is fully accessible to United States residents. Thanks for your understanding.

Hi,

Yesterday I had 60 Savvy Points. Today I logged in to check whether the second stage of the Smart Live promo had been awarded and find that I have minus 90 points. I keep track of the number of points expected from each promotion and I’m certain that the previous 60 point balance was legitimate.

Looking and ‘My Account History’ I think I see what has happened. Smart Live and Hollywood have been updated to reflect the fact that they are part of your new repeat bonus offers; however in the process I seem to have lost some associated points for room of the month, or ultimate bonus. I’m fairly sure this is why my balance is now down 150 and hope that these points get returned soon.

On another issue, originally there were problems with the tracking of my Smart Live account, I have been assured by support that this is sorted now and if that’s the case then fine. Just the progress bar is still showing at 0% and I would have thought that if the automatic tracking was in place then this would have updated at least occasionally in the past few weeks.

Thanks for your help,

John.

Please email support@pokersavvy.com so they can help you!

I do think this an issue with the Hollywood signup being set up so you can take part in the repeat bonus program but please deal directly with Support about this.

Best,
