Hello. How long did it take before you guys got your money after the identity verification?

I am currently waiting for my withdrawel, and have been since the 5th of december.
After making a moneybookers withdrawel request, I recieved an e-mail in which they requested several documents for verification. So I send them the documents they needed, and expected my account to be unblocked shortly after. However, apparently Hollywoodpoker's security department works slower than any other site i have ever played at.
I have been corresponding back and forth with support, but I can't really get any other kind of answers, other than: This is a normal/standard
procedure for every Hollywoodpoker customer. One support member told me that it could take upto a week (at most) but this week has passed, and
I am suspecting that this process could take a lot longer.

I know that security verifications is for the sake of the players security, however I think this timeframe is ridiculous. It is actually a shame
since I liked to play at Hollywoodpoker. With repeat pokersavvybonuses combined with their own bonuses, it was great.
I have lost my faith and patience with Hollywoodpoker, and I can't see how a business can treat a paying customer like that, and expect them to
ever pay for their services and product again.
I don't want to hurt pokersavvy business, but I think that people should be aware of this, since apparently my case is not the only one regarding this matter.
