I registered my account yesterday and finished it, today actually 1500 points are needed, but yesterday only 900. I hope I get the bonus under the conditions as I´ve registered.

Yes, you always get the requirements based on when you registered. Updated requirements are newer registrations.

i register account one week ago and pokersavvy bonus need 900 FPP,now this is 1500 FPP.

I play one day 348 FPP Betsharks I had two days without playing and now Betsharks account only 146 FPP.. Betsharks support not response never.

betsharks all goes down ass.

I do not recommend playing here

The new requirements are for people who have not started. We never change the requirements for users in progress at a room.

Thank you for your post but that it not accurate. Our team has been in touch with you on many issues. I count over 20 emails from you with replies.

Yesterday, we told you about Betsharks: "We are waiting on an updated report from the poker room and will investigate this issue once we receive one."

Please let us know through email as we will not discuss specific user issues in the forum.
