Everything looks nice but i can't write anything in the orders support and i have a problem with one order...
is there any other way to contact with the support to ask something??

We prefer the Support page as the first method of contact. If not, email us.

Same problem here. I have an order from february 19 and didnt received by now. I have sent some emails to u but nothing. Can someone tell me what is going on?

Hello,

I write in this thead because the original BetSharks Thread have been closed. Funny that I did support Pokersavvy.com in this thread vs. a disappointed member and now I`m disappointed myself.

Signing up several weeks ago with BetSharks and meet the requirements I did not receive any Savvy Points. After contacting Savvy Support they replied that BetSharks told that I didnt meet the required 1500 VIPs.
Well, I made a screenshot to prove that I have collected 1584 Points. Telling your support that I made the deal with Pokersavvy and not with Bethsharks you wrote that you`ll investigate and come back to me.

This was 2 weeks ago. Since that day I didnt get any news/updates/message.


Being extremly disappointed bout that behavior I tell you:

- you can keep your Points, I wont waste my time any longer .. BUT

Close my account right now, I dont wanna be member anymore if you treat me like you do

Lifetime SavvyPoint Total 11,074

.... and I will inform all those countless friends I do have


I am waiting for the confirmation that my Pokersavvy.com Account has been closed.

We sincerely apologize for the negative experience you have been having with this poker room.

Please understand that it is our policy to only accept verification directly from the poker room (either through the reporting they provide or from an email from their affiliate manager), and we do not deviate from this rule under any circumstances. In your correspondence with support@pokersavvy.com, this was made perfectly clear.

Unfortunately, if the poker room is informing us that you have not qualified for the savvypoints, we cannot credit them.

We have closed your account as you requested.
