Hi,

I am becoming increasingly frustrated at the lack of any apparent progress, or feedback regarding my Smart Live poker promotion.

I completed the deal on the 5th September and submitted the promotion; after 5 days I followed the ‘Get Help’ link on your website; then several days after that I contacted support via email. I am still waiting for my Savvy points. Apart from an automated message saying: ‘Thank you for contacting PokerSavvy Support. We received your email and will get back to you as soon as possible...’ I have not received a real response, or indication any human is aware that my claim has been made.

Any help you could offer regarding this matter would be greatly appreciated,

Hi again,

Checking my PokerSavvy account, I have just found that my Smart Live account now has a cross besides it, along with the ominous message that my account is not tracked to PokerSavvy, therefor I am not eligble for the bonus.

This is very worrying and also strange, as my account was marked with a tick and confirmation that is was tracked until a few days ago. Indeed I contacted Smart Live myself to check that I was tracked when I started the promotion (there seemed to be some problem involving their website being updated and the link from PokerSavvy initially). Anyway, here is a copy of the reply that I recieved from them on the 30th August:

Just confirming that your account is being tracked by poker savvy.


Please feel free to contact us if you have any other queries or concerns, we will be delighted to help.

Thank you for letting us know and I apologize for any delays in contacting you back.

I checked with Support and they did credit your account with these points today. You had been marked incorrectly as not tracked so the system did not update you automatically.
