We have detected that you are based in the United States. Unfortunately, due to the vague and uncertain legal and regulatory environment in the United States, PokerSavvy does not allow United States residents to sign up for SavvyPoints or rakeback offers at real money poker rooms. We regret that we need to do this and hope that the US government will soon clarify the law and create a framework that allows US-based poker players to play the game they love safely and openly. We encourage you to contact your Congressperson to express your view that poker is not, and should not, be illegal and we encourage you to support candidates at all levels that share that view.

In the meantime, we welcome you to check out PokerSavvy Plus, our poker training product that is fully accessible to United States residents. Thanks for your understanding.

Hi,

On the 20th September I suddenly received a huge batch of emails from PokerSavvy support; these included confirmation of every promotion I have completed via your site, along with replies to unanswered queries that I raised ages ago, but had long since forgotten about. Abit strange; but no big deal.

The next day I received a code for 5% bonus points on my next promotion. I applied for it (for the first time) and have just realised that it was credited to my account immediately. Can’t beat punctuality, right? Except it was given for my first ever PokerSavvy promo (Gnuf poker, Feb. 2010). Normally I would let this lie, but seeing as the aforementioned room was only worth the bare minimum of 700pts, I have decided to point out your mistake and take my chances on the next promotion I select.

I would like you to take back the 5% extra, that was erroneously awarded for GNUF Poker and instead keep it open for the completion of my next promotion.

Thanks,

Flux.

Thanks for your post.

Obviously, those emails were a bug. Please disregard and sorry for any trouble they caused.

As for the coupon, the coupon did award you 35 points for a signup you did a while ago. To close the matter, I awarded you 15 additional points which would be 5% of your latest completed signup. Why wait?

Hope that works for you.

Best,
SavvyPromos
