Hi! I have account in HollywoodPoker and has been opened a few years ago.
I have about 740 points in Hollywoodpoker and requirements are 1000 points for Pokersavvy points. If I play that missing 260 points will I get those 1000 Savvy points? And if I keep playing on that site is Your offer still valid? So I will get 750 SavvyPoints for every 1000 HollywoodPoker points?

Sine you completed level 1, you get the get 750 PokerSavvy Points for each 1000 Hollywood Poker Points increment. It would be 1000 Hollywood Points, not 260 points that would be needed in your example.

The part to answer your question is here: If you have completed Hollywood before December 1, 2011, you can still take part: for every 1,000 Poker Points generated from December 1, 2011 forward will earn 750 SavvyPoints.

But I haven't completed Hollywood before December 1, 2011, and I haven't played on that site for years, so is that level 1 still valid for me? I know that I have played about 740 Hollywood points and I still have those in my account. I mean that when I get those missing 260 points I will receive 1000 Savvy points?

No, that level is not valid for you. Our records show that you completed Hollywood poker in 2008. As such, you would get the get 750 PokerSavvy Points for each 1000 Hollywood Poker Points increment starting now.

I don't get it. You say I have completed Hollywood in 2008 but why I haven't received 1000 Savvy points for that? In my PokerSavvy account Hollywood is not in completed situation. If it is completed already when I will receive 1000 SavvyPoints?
