How do I get paid?
Earnings are directly deposited into your Cash is King account. It’s paid by the 3rd of every month for previous month earnings.
What is Bonus dollars and what is it worth?
You earn bonus dollars based on your VIP level and how many PPs you accumulate. You can convert bonus dollars to real money from your Cash is King account page and 1 bonus dollar equals to 1 USD. The money converted will be transferred to your main Betsafe account and current exchange rates will be used.
How do I convert my bonus dollars to real cash?
You can easily do this from your Cash is King account page. Follow the instructions and it will be done in seconds.
Will I get paid for my first month after signing up for the Program?
Yes you will. If you sign up in the middle of a month and accumulate 1500 PPs before end of month, you will get Gold status and get paid early the next month.
Where can I see my VIP level status?
You can see your VIP level status in your personal Cash is King account page.
How do I check the status of my earnings?
You can check your status on your personal Cash is King account page. You are able to see how much you have earned this month as well as history from previous months.
How do I keep my VIP level?
You keep your VIP level status by meeting the requirements set for your VIP level. If you are a Platinum member you will need to accumulate 3000 PPs or more to keep your Platinum status.
What happen if I fail to meet the requirement for my VIP level?
If you fail to accumulate enough points you must drop to a corresponding VIP level. For example, if you currently have Gold status and accumulate 500 PPs the following month, you will drop to Silver level.
Can I get back to my VIP level status?
Yes you can. For example if you just dropped down from Platinum level to Silver level, you can get back to Platinum level by collecting 3000 PPs or more the following month.
How is Diamond Elite status different from the other ones?
Diamond Elite is different because the PPs requirement is based on the last 12 months of play and not only previous month. In order to get Diamond Elite status you will need to accumulate 72,000 PPs over the last 12 months (or average 6000+ PPs over last 12 months).
Can I be put on Diamond Elite before 12 months have passed?
Yes you can. For example if you have accumulated 72,000 PPs after eight months you will get Diamond Elite status. You do not have to play for 12 months to reach Diamond Elite status.
Where can I check how close I am to reach Diamond Elite status?
On your personal Cash is King account page, you will be able to see your average PPs earned over the last 12 months. As soon as you reach average 6000 PPs or more over the last 12 months you will get Diamond Elite status.
How can I calculate my Cashback percentage and how much I will earn?
You can do this from our Cashback calculator that you will find on our Cash is King pages. You will need to fill in your VIP level status and how many PPs you think you will accumulate, and the calculator will tell you both the Cashback percentage and how much you will earn next month.
How is Cashback percentage calculated?

Player Points
The concept of Player Points (PPs) is that the more you play in real money poker games, the more PPs you will earn. PPs are used to clear poker bonuses and for our loyalty program “Cash is King”. You will earn PPs both from cash games and tournaments.
Tournaments
You get 5 PPs for every dollar you pay in tournament fees. So for example if you enter a $100+10 tournament then you will get 50 PPs (5*10) and if you enter $2+0.2 tournament then you will get 1 PP (5*0,2). The PPs are awarded at the end of the tournament.
Cash Games
Only players that have invested money into a pot will be awarded an equal amount of PPs and only when the pot is raked.Please see the table below for the amount of PPs you get per for the rake contributed. Please note that you will not receive any PPs if you are sitting out or less than $0.1 of rake is taken from the pot.

Quick Tips for Acquiring PPs
- If you are a low stakes player, acquiring points is still possible. Before selecting a table to play, first check the average pot size and flop percentage at your desired stake level. Table that have a high flop percentage or higher average pot are more likely to provide you with more PPs.
- It is typically easier to acquire PPs in no limit games – even at the .25/.50 stakes level. If you are a tight and disciplined player, low stakes no limit can be very good for accumulating points while not risking a large portion of your bank roll.
- Tournaments are a guaranteed way to acquire PPs and enjoy the thrill of no limit or limit poker. Single table tournament entries start as low as $5+.50, take about an hour to play and you earn 5 PPs for every dollar paid in fee.
- Perhaps the best tip for acquiring PPs is to be observant and patient. It is a good idea to watch the table you want to play before leaping in. Determine if the type of play at that table is best suited to your game.
