Devilfish Poker borrows it's name from top poker pro Dave 'Devilfish' Ulliott, who is also the featured sponsored pro player at Devilfish Poker. Although Devilfish poker lacks some of the extras you'll find at other poker rooms, the large selection of available games to choose from guarantee that you will always find some action and fun here! Also, if you are tired of the same old Hold'em or Omaha games you can give games like '32-Card Draw' or 'Telestina' a chance! At the same time, if you need a new site to build your bankroll at, don't hesitate to try Devilfish Poker!

Spielauswahl (Rated 10 out of 10)
The game selection is the best thing about Devilfish Poker! You can find all the typical games (Hold'em, Omaha and Stud) as well as a lot of exotic games like 5-Card Draw, Soko, 32-Card Draw, Deuce to Seven Draw, 3-Card Draw, Telesina, Americana and Caribbean Stud! It seems like the only games they lack are tables that offer mixed games like H.O.R.S.E.
Limits are varied starting at €0.02/0.04 and run up to games as big as €750/1500 depending on the game being played. Tables range from heads-up to 10-handed, also depending on that what game you're playing. Devilfish has multi-table tournaments for all of the previously mentioned games, however when it comes to Sit'n'Go tournaments you'll find there is a smaller selection of games to choose from. Sit'N'Go buyins begin at as little as €1 and go all the way up to €1,000. Sit'n'Goes at Devilfish Poker have 8-minute levels, but if that is too slow for your taste you can find turbo and super-turbo Sit'N'Goes which each offer shorter levels. The biggest regular guaranteed tournament at Devilfish Poker has a prize pool of €150,000 with €200 buy-in, and you can also qualify via satellite tournaments for free buyins to The European Masters of Poker series of live tournaments, which are held in exotic locations all across Europe.

Stärke der Gegner (Rated 5 out of 10)
Devilfish Poker is a small room that reaches a peak of around 8,000 players during rush-hour. There could probably be more players at Devilfish Poker, but they do not currently allow players from the United States to play for real money. Although, if you are a Hold'em player there should always be enough tables, all the way up to a maximum buyin of $400 before you start finding trouble getting a game started. Thanks to the low traffic and the lack of American players, you won't find many 'sharks' here, most games play very loose with big pots on average. If you sit back and are patient enough, easy money is waiting for you at Devilfish!

Software (Rated 7 out of 10)
Devilfish Poker's lobby is very simple and easy to navigate. The list of the tables and games covers more than half of the screen, with a detailed filter on the left to fine tune your game selection. You'll also find the 'Options' button in the lobby, which brings you to a menu where you can setup useful things such as enabling a 4-color deck, disable table animations and tooltips or toggle the sounds and chat on or off. Features such as 'auto-rebuy' and 'Immediate Attention Sound' are great for players who enjoy playing at more than one table at a time. If you want to contact Devilfish Poker, you can use a contact support form from their support page or send an e-mail. If you need fast service, it is recommended to send your email in English!

You shouldn't be surprised if you find a lot of 'devilish' colors, such as black and red, thanks to the site's affiliation with Dave 'Devilfish' Ulliott. Everything is colored red: the lobby, the tables and even the players in action. There aren't any avatars or user icons to represent each player, so the stability and speed of the software is always very good since the client is never bogged down with having to render too many things at once. If you like multi-tabling then Devilfish Poker is a great site for you, there are no limits to the number of tables you can play at simultaneously, and it's easy to manage playing at several tables at once thanks to the optional 'mini-view' table view!

Profitabilität (Rated 9 out of 10)
With solid and confident play it shouldn't be a problem for patient players to earn a nice profit here. First of all, the skill level of the competition at Devilfish is below average, there are a lot of easy opponents to take advantage of here. Secondly, the promotions offered by Devilfish Poker are also a fantastic way to boost your bankroll. Our favorite was "The World's Biggest Rake Chase" promotion at Devilfish Poker, it's a 'checkpoint-race' where the prize levels are broken down into checkpoints. Payouts increase as you pass each checkpoint, to reach each checkpoint you must earn a certain number of Devilfish VIP Points. Your prize for the month will correspond to the highest checkpoint you reach. Monthly prizes start at €15 and run all the way up to €3,000! Between the soft competition and great bonuses offered by Devilfish Poker it's hard to lose money while playing here!
