Doyle's Room has solid ring game traffic during peak hours. Games are spread from $0.02/$0.05 all the way up to $200/$400. Like most poker sites most of the players gravitate to the Hold'em games, but recently at Doyle's Room players have been showing more and more interest in Omaha and Seven-Card Stud.
Doyle's Room hosts many tournaments with buy-ins ranging from $1 to hundreds of dollars. Many of their tournaments are re-buy events and play in the early stages is often very loose. Doyle's Room also runs monthly $250,000 guaranteed tournaments which draw a huge crowd and pays out over $50,000 to the winner. If you can't afford the $250 buy-in there are daily satellite tournaments that give away seats to the $250,000 guaranteed tournament with buy-ins starting as low as $5.50. They also offer qualifiers to live poker events like the European Poker Tour, the World Series of Poker and the World Poker Tour.

The players at Doyle's Room are a mixed bag, offering up a wide range of skills from the absolute beginner to the occasional seasoned pro you may find yourself seated against. Generally, the competition is surprisingly easy at the lower to mid-range stakes. Choosing the right table makes a big difference, but rest assured that easy games can always be found. You can always find a few very soft tables at any time of day.

The software provided by Doyle's Room offers a good-looking and easy to read lobby for quick access to the tables and gives you many tried and true features that players have come to expect from good poker software. In addition to being sleek, the Doyle's Room software is fairly customizable and never lacks players thanks to being a part of the Cake Poker Network.
The cashier section is easily accessible from the lobby and has several deposit/withdrawal methods. A great feature is the ability to track your current bonus from within the software. You can use this to see how many raked hands you have played and to figure out how much poker you have to play before you can claim the bonuses you are eligible for.
Graphics (Rated 8 out of 10)
The Doyle's Room software has pretty decent graphics, but nothing that would make you think they were especially better or worse than any other poker room. While there aren't a bunch of fancy animations or sounds, the trade off is a very light and fast piece of software that rarely has problems such as freezing or crashes. Another benefit of the simple graphics are how easy it is to find your way around the software and the Doyle's Room website, you'll never have too much trouble finding your way around.
