Daily Poker Quiz: Pocket Jacks in a 3 Way Pot

pokertable

The Situation: $2/$4 6-MAX NL Cash Game. You've been playing pretty loose as has the rest of the table. The big blind, a regular at these stakes, just lost a big pot. The small blind is a solid tight aggressive player whose game you respect. You also know he tends to bet his big hands.

From the cutoff you make it $15 to go with JhJc. The button folds and both blinds call.

The flop comes 5d5c2h. The small blind leads for $40, and the big blind pushes all in for his remaining $200. With $450 behind, what do you do?

I think the 5/10 rule should apply here, so to me it's a fold.
