Qd Jd -- Late positie

Pre-flop Je hebt twee bets van de button gecalled en zag de flop samen met 4 anderen. De flop is een absolute droom: Qs Jc Js. Een speler uit vroege positie bet en een speler uit middel positie called. Welke factoren bekijk je om tot een beslissing te komen?

  • Kaarten: Je krijgt ze niet veel beter als deze. Je hebt een full house geflopt -- een absolute monster hand.
  • Actie: Je hebt niet alleen een monster, maar iemand bet tegen je in.
  • Odds: De odds maken hier niks uit. Je hebt een gemaakte hand.
  • Tegenstanders hun handen: Het is moeilijk om te weten wat de andere hier hebben, maar je kunt gokken op zoiets als J-T of misschien A-Q.

Je move: Call. Dit is een van de uitzonderlijke situaties waarin je geen agressie wilt laten zien met de beste hand. Je moet blij zijn dat je bettor het idee kan geven dat hij de beste hand heeft. Als hij nog eens bet op de turn (waar de bets twee keer zo groot zien), dan kun je hem raisen. Maar dit is het moment waar een slowplay de beste optie is.

Onthoud: slowplay maar heel af en toe. Bij sites zoals Party Poker zullen spelers op de lage limieten raises callen met de meeste onmogelijke draws. Dus raise wanneer je een goede hand hebt -- ze zullen callen.
