Summary (Rated 6 out of 10)
Playboy Poker is a member of the Cryptologic network. Game selection is average and made worse by the lack of players at some times of the day. The player quality is poor but can be improved with careful table selection, the software is adequate, and the sign-up and monthly bonuses are among the best in online poker. This network is not for everyone, but many of those that can handle the opposition love it, as the bonuses are both very good and plentiful.

Game Selection (Rated 5 out of 10)
As part of the Cryptologic (Prima) network, Playboy is a small room, similar in size to Ladbrokes, for example. As is the case with the entire Cryptologic network, Playboy does not allow US players. This means there are some times of day when there are literally no fixed limit games, and low volume everywhere else. European prime time is definitely the best time to be playing on this network.
Playboy Poker has an average selection of cash games available, when there are players. Games played at Playboy include limit, pot-limit, and no-limit Hold 'em; and limit and pot-limit Omaha, Omaha Hi-Lo, and 7-card stud. These games are spread from $0.15/$0.30 all the way up to £150/£300. There is a £600/£1200 FL HE table available. Notice the currencies – there are tables at many limit available in $, €, and £. You can play in any currency you like; there is no need to worry about losing money in the conversion, as it is converted at the same rate when you join or leave a table.
Sit 'N' Gos can be found with buy-ins from $1 to £500, and a few HU tables in the $1,000-$5,000 range. There are a number of multi-table tournaments available, including a weekend tournament with a guaranteed prize pool of £40,000.

Quality of Players (Rated 4 out of 10)
The Cryptologic network has some of the tightest players on the Internet, likely attracted to the great bonuses. The occasional maniac can be found; table selection is paramount at Cryptologic, as is the time of day. At the quieter times, table selection just isn't possible.

Software (Rated 6 out of 10)
Playboy Poker's software is average, and tends to be a resource hog. The tables seem to be among the slowest-playing around.
Poker Tracker fully supports Cryptologic rooms, including Playboy.
The Playboy lobby is fairly straight-forward, using tabs to separate the different games. Unfortunately, there are no filters for empty or full tables. The table list includes Average Pot Size, PF%, and Hands/Hr.
The waiting lists can be problematic at the Cryptologic network, as the dialogue box asking you to join a table doesn't pop to the front. If you are multi-tasking, it's quite easy to miss the box altogether and lose your spot.
Full-ring games are 10-player, and shorthanded games are 6-player. Shorthanded games are played on an actual 6-seat table. Tables are not resizeable.
Playboy, like all Cryptologic rooms, has one of the easiest bonus tracking systems. You can see your MPPs you've gained at each table while you play. There is a running total on the lobby screen, and the cashier page has an area where you can track your bonus progress.

Graphics (Rated 6 out of 10)
The tables at Playboy Poker are fairly simple; a green felt with a purple background. Playboy uses small avatars in the circle in front of the player; the famous playboy bunny appears there for players without an avatar. These can be hidden.
4-colour decks are available. You can also choose whether to display bet values and hand values; and card/chip animation can be turned off.

Profitability (Rated 7 out of 10)
This can be difficult to measure. Cryptologic rooms in general offer some excellent bonuses; Playboy's clears as well as most do. Countering that is the player quality. For those who can handle the competition and/or are able to play at peak Euro times and can carefully table select, Playboy can be very profitable. For others, it may be more of a grind.
Playboy Poker offers a 100% bonus up to $100. The bonus is released in a lump sum, and expires after 90 days. Playboy also offers a monthly 100% to $200 bonus; these must be cleared within the calendar month they are claimed. Bonuses are cleared with MPPs, at the rate of 5 points per bonus dollar. MPPs are earned for every raked hand you are dealt into, You earn 1 MPP for each hand that is raked 1 "unit" ($, €, or £), and 0.25 MPP for hands raked 0.25-0.99 units. You also earn 3 MPPs for each unit of tournament fees.

Not bad at all but nothing special. Bonus was semigood to clear in 1/2 fixed and NL50$ games. I played in January when Crypto had its great added tourneys and got a piece of prize pools so positive experience but not so good as some of these brilliant savvybonuses!
this is tight

cleared the bonus on NL100FR. Lots of TAGs, very tight ones. But some fish is always around. Took some time to clear it. Definitely prefer to play on other sites.

got to love playboy. The bonus and the savvys were easy to get and I got more than 100 euros bonus when I played the savvys and also won 200 euros in the games. Holdem games were extremely tight and so I played only omaha witch was really fast to get the points needed. The software was ok and the omaha players were WEAK.
not the best room!!

First: I wait more than 6 weeks to get my savy points on my acount.Horrible!!
On the other side, the monthly Bonus on this Poker room is very nice.
The graphic is weak and has an old standard.
The player frequently is very small, and it is hard to get money there, because the most players are very good.
All in all: 3 Stars
Tight games

Playboy is part of the Cryptologic network and games are in small stakes NL really tight. You almost have to have the nuts that you can win a big pot. Other players are pretty weaks and that's a good thing: you can often steal pots and blinds. In some times it can be hard to find games from the network because this network is not so popular.

Playboy Poker is a Microgaming (Crypto) Site that pools its players with other sites on the same network. The traffic is reasonable but far less than a few years ago. The network seems to be losing players to the iPoker and On-Gaming networks.
I like the software, which is reliable, easy to use and has clear graphics. Previous hands are easily available, including mucked hands that are shown down. The games move fairly quickly apart from the small stack William Hill players.
The sign-up bonus and monthly bonus are good value, easy to clear and the best available on-line. You don’t have to contribute rake to obtain bonus points. Playboy has their own loyalty scheme, which includes subscriptions to their eponymous magazine and a chance to meet Hugh Hefner.
The games are generally tight with small pots, and this is probably due to their bonus scheme.
In summary, this is a good site and I would play there again. I find all the Microgaming sites are fairly similar and I prefer to play in looser games.

Playboy Poker is a Crypto site on the Microgaming network. The traffic is good but seems far less than a few years ago. It is still easy to find a game.
The software is reliable and easy to use, and allows you to use your own image at the table. The lobby is easy to navigate.
The sign-up bonus and regular monthly bonus are among the best available and are easy to clear. You don’t have to contribute to the pot to obtain points towards the bonus. Playboys also have their own loyalty scheme and the ultimate prize is to meet Hugh Hefner – YUK.
The games are generally very tight with small pots. I feel this is due to the bonus structure, which encourages multitabling bonus grinders.
Overall, it is a good site but no different from any other Microgaming site. I would play there again but I prefer looser games.

Really nice site. You get reward point by playing there and can use them to get Playboy gear. I am a proud owner of Playboy shirt now. Their network Cryptologic isn't the easiest place to play but really good chance to improve your game.

I played 30 hours 4 tables (NL25) in order to clear the Bonus. I got 600 SavvyPoints + 100$ from PlayboyPoker.
This is a grat deal. The Software is ok and the support and cashout are fast.
Every month you can get a reaload bonus which makes the room even more attractive. I had only to complain about the little player traffic. But all in all its a good offer by Savvy and PlayBoy

I played NL50 6 max, full ring for about7 days. Sadly, tables can't be re-sized which is bad for multi-tablers. Players are weak and limp a ton. Easy money in the long run.

I'm glad to see this offer on PokerSavvy! Crypto-games are sweet, and the bonus is nice as well. Playboy poker's software is solid and they have decent support. I never encountered any major problems.

Playboy Poker is part of Cryptologic Network. 600 SavvyPoints and a $100 deposit bonus when you earn 500 My Poker Points is pretty good deal. They also offer good reload bonuses every month. Clearing this bonus can take some time depending on the limit you are playing. I only played $1/$2 fixed-limit. In these games players are pretty tight. I also would have liked to have seen a bit more traffic. All in all, Playboy Poker was good experience.
Not very good, but not bad...

Most players at Playboy Poker are very tight. Multi-tabling is not so easy because the player traffic is not so great. The software and the graphics are just average. Playboy Poker offers monthly bonuses much like their first deposit bonus. It wouldn't be a mistake to play this bonus with PokerSavvy.

Playboy Poker is a great poker room to play at, very easy competition at the pot-limit Omaha Eight or Better tables! That's sweet, and it's very cool to play with such beautiful babes! So, just enjoy! By the way, you should be warned about the fact that the players over there are all tight! Good game!

A very decent promotion from PokerSavvy. 600 SavvyPoints and the full $100 deposit bonus. I managed to double this profit at the tables in 4,000 hands at $50 max buy-in no-limit Hold'em. So, the investment I made many years ago in their magazines I got back at their poker website! I intend to come back here, because the monthly reloads are quite interesting. For players who play less than $100 max buy-in tables, these reloads are better than the rakeback programs offered at other websites.

Not very many players, and the play was a bit tight. Their software is okay, the graphics were only average. After all is said and done it's not so wonderful, but not completely awful either. I completed the SavvyPoints bonus and then withdrew my money...
Nice bonus!

The conditions required to complete this bonus are easy to achieve. The site is cool, but there's not enough traffic. According to me, bonus is easy and the cash-out and support are very fast!
Good but not great...

This site was good in that it had everything that every other site has. The amount of players was low and the skill level was about avarage. This site did not offer too many unique experiences and the bonuses were lacking.
Nice software!

I love their interface and the games there. Opponents are a bit tight, but the conditions for earning SavvyPoints are fair. On top of that, you earn a bonus of $100. Nice one!

Playboy Poker is part of the Cryptologic Network, so there are some good players. On the other hand, the SavvyPoints bonus together with the Playboy Poker sign-up bonus is a really great offer!

I like this room. Competition is quite soft, the software is working fine. Unfortunately, there is no way to tile multiple tables.

The software is looking pretty nice. The bonus takes a little while to clear and you can't change the size of the tables, so it's hard to multi-table.

The bonus cleared quite fast for me multi-tabling shorthanded $50 max buy-in no-limit. The SavvyPoints were credited within 3 or 4 days after completing the bonus requirements. Since you earn points for every hand you are dealt cards, the average player is tighter compared to other sites, makes for easy blind stealing though. Software is functional and easy on the eyes. Two minor issues that prevented Playboy Poker from getting a fifth star, no resizable tables and the traffic is a bit scarce.
