I register to racke back about mounth ago. I was typing thousands mails to support about my activation to rackeback program, but didnt receive any answer. Few days ago i was activated but rackeback for previos days was not paid. And i receive that

Please be informed that Rakebacks take effect's upon enrollment to the program. It is not retroactive, meaning we start paying the rakeback from the time an account is enrolled to the program. In your case, your account was added to the program on the 5th of this month, so we had to issue your account with your RB from the 5th of April.
Also, you have been receiving cash rebates prior to your account's enrollment to the Rakeback Program. Please note that if you cannot avail of both, the RB and and cash rebates.
