My tourny trax won't save the files to the db. I only have trial version at the moment but will be getting full version once ive tested it... I entered 4 tournies in it yesterday and they haven't saved so my database is empty... The error message is this.. any help appreciated.!

Data Tool > Help Icon (?) moniker is SAVE CHANGES. There is already a SAVE CHANGES (icon of a floppy)
Data Tool > save changes icon (floppy disk) does not appear to save the data. Exiting the tool asks if you would now like to save the data
Report Tool > does not reflect the information in the Data Tool Database if the date/time has not occured. Should be a moot issue
DATA tool > START button is red/Stop button is green. Counterintuitive
DATA Tool > Import Tourneys > import ttf file and Unhandled exception occurs (crashes) below is error:
