How does the 7 day free trial offer work?
We invite you to try us out for free for a week. During your free trial, you will enjoy full access to all of our coaching videos, our pro-moderated forum, and more. We are confident that you will agree with our rapidly-growing member base - and you too will improve your game tremendously as a result of our expert instruction.

Our members who continue beyond their free trial do so because they enjoy the insight they get from our videos and the high level of interaction with the pros. So if you're enjoying the site, do absolutely nothing - your membership will automatically continue at the monthly subscription rate. If you're not satisfied for any reason and don't want to be charged, you can easily cancel your membership during the trial period. To cancel, simply go to the "My Account" section, click "Manage my Account", and then the "Cancel Membership" link.

You must enter a valid credit card to start your free trial. During the trial period, your card will not be charged. If you keep your membership, your card will be charged $24.95 after the trial ends and you will be billed $24.95 every 30 days.

What payment methods do you offer?
You can pay for a membership in many ways: via credit card, Full Tilt transfer, paypal, moneybookers, or by completing a poker room signup. Click here for details.

Can I switch payment methods?
Yes, please email us at plus@pokersavvy.com if you wish to change your payment method.

What is your refund policy?

How do I cancel my membership?
To cancel, simply login to your account and click the Cancel Membership link within the 'Manage my Account' menu on the left hand side. Note that if you cancel, you will still have access for the remainder of the billing cycle you have paid for.

How do I update my credit card info?
Simply login to your account, click 'Manage my Account', and click on 'Change Billing Address' or 'Update Credit Card'.

When do new videos get added to the site?
Usually, new videos are added each weekday by 1pm Pacific Standard Time.

Can I download the videos?
Yes, many of our videos are now available for download in a variety of formats, and we are adding more every day. Please see our Downloads FAQ page.
