I want to buy Tourney Trax however I tried to press Register in the 1.04 version and it crashes then immidiatly. I run windows Vista Business 32 bit with the latest updates.
Is this a known issue? If so what can I do to solve it, if theres a solution you have your next customer

Its been isolated and I think I have a fix.
1) Right Click on the Tourney Trax shortcut
2) Select properties
3) Go to the compatibility tab
4) Check the box that says "Run this program in compatibility mode for:"
5) Select Windows XP (Service Pack 2)
6) Hit "Ok"
This is only for Vista. The problem lied in the protection for TT, which triggers at 50 tournaments. So if someone wants to test this for me and let me know it will be appreciated. I'll upgrade the first couple people for free too.

Uhm I am having still the same problem if I try what you suggested. Tommorow ill do some more testing when reinstalling the program etc. Ill also download it for my laptop wich uses XP service pack 2. So then I can see if it will work there.
Ill let u know tommorow when I get off from work.
If needed ill make a short movie of what happens and send it in a PM. ( ill upload it to a livestream website ).

Something happened with the PokerSavvy servers this weekend. The error you are getting is because when the program opens it looks for an update online and it cant find it now. I think when that server hiccup is resolved it will work. I will try to hit register on my copy too to see what happens when I am done playing for the night.

I'm still getting the same problem when I try to hit register.
Also my email got hacked recently and I had to delete everything in my archives, including my registration code. So when I get Tourney Trax working finally, how do I go about getting a new one?

I can send one, but I am going to be making TT open source soon I think, I'm having constant problems with Vista which all go back to the registration addon we used so if I make it freeware it won't have the Vista problems and I wont have to use as much energy in supporting the product. So hold off a few days and it will be freeware. For those that bought it already I want to thank you for your support, for anyone who downloads it and wants to donate for the product it is encouraged to offset the coding costs.
