Its been too long since I've blogged, but I haven't had a whole lot to talk about. School has been taking up a lot of my time in general and taxes have been taking up a lot of my time in the past week. Sadly, these things are even more boring to write about than they are to do.
I've been putting in some 2-3 hour cash sessions in between but I sometimes have a hard time playing my best when I'm playing poker as a break from something else. I tend to zone out a bit and make lazy plays. I'll forget to vary my raise sizing to account for shortstacks. I won't make tough folds, gutsy bluffs, and thin value bets that I would when I'm playing my A-game. Even in lazy mode I think I'm a favorite in all but the very toughest 25/50 lineups, but its still burning money to not play as well as I know I can. I'm really looking forward to graduating so that I can focus more on playing poker. In the mean time, I guess I should focus on just playing my A-game when I'm playing and not playing if I'm not in the zone.
In any case, I just finished making a 1/2 6max video (don't worry, I was on the A-game 
) and I'm starving, so I'm gonna go get some dinner.

First off good for you in school, I have a daughter in CCRI for the last year and a half and she is all over the place with what she wants to do. I my self hated school. But I'm proud of her for getting this far. Anyway Speaking of school I I happen to be the Head Chef of the school district that I've grew up in in the southern part of RI(sad I know) and with it being April vacation this week coming up my goal is to watch and take notes on as many vids I can and then go back and see why and how you guys do what you do. I tend to like tournys more than cash games, probably because I'm so bad at them. With not having a large bankroll it's tough to hang in there when you lose a big pot (in Microstakes). I'll be watching both types tournys and microstakes cash so I guess that I'll be going back to school myself LOL. But this is class I'll enjoy, too bad they didn't teach poker in high school, I might have went more often. Well just wanted to say hi from RI and thanks for the hard work on the vids and good luck in school.
