Sorry for the lack of blogging, my poker stories are pretty boring compared to the other folks playing tournaments and traveling around the world. I have been playing a lot at the Commerce, and doing well there. The high limit area has been quiter than usual, I think the economy has made a lot of people think twice about playing. As far as online play, I have pretty much stopped playing limit hold'em and focused my efforts on learning Limit Omaha/8. I was seeing the hold'em games get worse and worse, so I was really just wasting my time spinning my wheels online. Omaha is nice since it is a new challenge and a more interesting game. The games are much better and I think I am going to have some nice success once I plug some more leaks. Ratcheting down the agression has taken some work, but I think I am getting the hang of it. The eventual goal would be feeling comfortable in the bigger live mix games, that seems to be the way the game is moving. I will continue to provide limit hold'em content for this site, and once I feel confident enough in my Omaha game to start giving advice, I will sprinkle in some of that content if people are interested.
In more fun news, I got a new puppy from the pound. His name is Einstein.

I don't want to switch from Limit Holdem ;(
Maybe it's the era of LAG style being profitable since more and more TAG players join tables? Or you think FL Holdem online will become less and less profitable in future?

I think limit will keep becoming less and less profitable. The game is not adding enough weak players to feed the good ones. People simply aren't making as many mistakes as they used to. Live limit games are still good, so I recommend using online to get a lot of hands in and get a real good grasp of the game so you can go to a casino and crush them. Perhaps there will be a swing back to limit for the casual player online at some point, but I do not see it happening soon.
