Hello, do I have to use the Download button (because of the referral code) when I decide to sign up for Pokerstars through your website? Because I had downloaded the Software before and only used the marketing code. Is there a way that I still get a 1 year membership?

I apologize for our delay in responding to this issue. I have also responded to you directly via e-mail.
Users must use our referral link when signing up at our partner poker rooms to qualify for our offers. Unfortunately, PokerStars cannot track your account to PokerSavvy through just the marketing code - you have to use our download link.
Since you downloaded the PokerStars software elsewhere, i'm sorry to say you wont qualify for our membership offer at PokerStars.
However, we offer many other poker rooms at which you can qualify for our offer. These include:
-Party Poker
-Betfair (and other OnGame offers)
-Titan Poker (and other iPoker offers)
