Very weird.  The program is not discontinued, although we have stopped accepting new rakeback signups at Carbon Poker.

Still, if your account was previously receiving payments, no reason it should stop.  Rakeback should be paid to your account daily.  You can view daily payments via your player admin tool under your 'activity ledger'.
