     I  just signed up for the 7 day free trial offer and I want to continue membership after the 7 day trial is over.  I understand that if I don't cancel within the 7 day period, that my credit card will automatically be charged a monthly fee of around $25.  Are there any other fees?  No sign up fees etc.  Am I correct in assuming that I may continue my membership for $25 month and absolutely no other fees.

There are no other fees outside of the recurring monthly price of $24.95.  Billing occurs once every 30 calender days - and you will retain full access for the next 30 days after billing.

hi I just ssigned up to the 7x day free triial and noticed there was a charge to my credit card of 1 dollar lol.. Just wanted to know where this charge was coming from as I had understood that the free trial would be completely free

Hi I made a rather stupid mistake when signing up. I originally registered my credit card on a 7 day trial some time ago (cant remember username) and forgot all about it. So when I came back here on recommendation this week and opened a second account (wasnt aware when I did it) I could not register my credit card again. I also used my new email address.

Unfortunately when it became clear that my crefit card wouldnt work here I just paid a three month through paypal , however my paypal account uses the email address that I signed up with first time round.

Anyway, the crux of the matter is that I paid two days ago and still cant access any videos and that the balls I made of the signing up process is the problem. Hope someone can help I sent a couple of emails to support but haven't had a reply yet. Thanks very much, Gary.

I left a message a few days ago but i didnt get an answer yet. i tried to resubscribe to pokersavvy with my virtual mastercard from neteller, but i got an error, that the card number is incorrect or something.

But  the Problem is, that the 24,95$ were deducted from my neteller account. This payment process is also verified. So something must be wrong. I payed but my Pokersavvy account didnt get upgraded.

 Can you check the payments you got and the n manually upgrade my account?

 I already verified all the details including my addres and phone numbers in neteller and I dont understand why I can´t have full access to the videos.

I have now requested that my account be closed on 3 occasions after failure to verify my requirements were met through Betsafe.

 

Can you advise how many reqeusts it normally takes to have an account closed and whether I can send these all at once?
