I already have HEM, however it's only the small stakes version (Nl50 and below).

I am currently completing the poker room signup requirements at Ladbrokes poker.

I would like to know if you could get my holdem manager upgraded to Premium HEM (same as small stakes but tracks NL100 and above) as part of this offer?

I am really sorry for all the extra work you are getting, and I want to thank you for acting so quickly, but unfortunately nothing came this time either.

Check your PM - make sure you have your email correct

 I just checked my PokerSavvy account settings and saw that it had the wrong e-mail address. 

I got a new one late fall 2008 and I have forgotten to update my account. If this is the e-mail you have used then that is probably the problem.

I did send you my current e-mail with my Paypal transaction.

Anyhow, I have updated my PS account settings now and I hope it works out this time....

Quick question:

I want to sign up again for Poker Savvy, but I can't wait until I've cleared a years memebership through a poker site. Can I make a standard subscription and still receive both PT3 and a one year membership when i am able to complete the bonus requirement on the site i choose?
