instructions to sign up at Ultimate Bet to get 30% rakeback. Since then
I've been playing at UB.
Unfortunately, my rakeback status is still "pending". I contacted your
"Live Support" (is this even working) several times and wrote a couple
of emails to your support.
Never got any response!
