If you receive a "Valid File Not Found" Error when trying to play a video with our new format please clear your cache / broswer history.

What is happening:  Your broswer is loading a previously saved cookie from PokerSavvy.com - we've changed the coding for our video player - so you need to update your cache / cookies.

How to Update Your Cookies / Clear your Cache:

In Mozilla FireFox:

1) Select Tools from your Top Nav

2) Choose Clear Recent History

3) Select All check boxes

4) Hit Clear Now

5) Restart your Broswer and Return to PokerSavvy Plus

In Internet Explorer

1) Choose Tools

2) Choose Internet Options

3) On the General Tab choose Clear History as well as Clear Cookies

4) Restart your Browser and Return to PokerSavvy Plus
