I was never able to download that video and I tried to download others but had the same result.

When I clicked on download, for iPod or for quicktime, I was taken straight to a white screen

with a Quicktime logo in the middle, and it stopped there....... Nothing was downloaded

I see the problem you're having and we're working on fixing it ASAP.  Hopefully the link is simply mis-labeled for this video.

I think there is a problem with the two table downloads, the format of Chris video :
"SavvyChris: Building The Basics 5: Part Two" is wrong its something like 5:4/ 4:3...

cant be streched correct. ( i used gom and vlc player with both having the same problems)

why do some videos have the download option and some videos dont ?

When PokerSavvy Plus originally launched, we did not have a download feature. Since we have added it, we have been backlogging our library to get download links for all the videos.

We are in the process of switching video hosting servers, since our current one is not meeting our needs.

Once we make the switch, we'll be able to get the download links up on 90% of our library, and all future videos moving forward.

We're hoping this switch goes into full effect early next week.

Just wondering why you release more IPod vids than other more useful formats, especially new releases.

I dont understand why you release ipod downloads at all, cause cant see anything its so small, mp3 would do the same job.

Anyway, think i will have to record the stream with camtasia to build my library.

We are switching to a new video server very very soon, and since the iPod files are small, we can still host those local side.

All other videos are being rendered in WMV format (woohoo!!) and are ready to be uploaded as soon as the system goes live.

So - we've posted the iPod files since we can host those locally, and as soon as the change goes into full effect, we'll add d/l tags in WMV and MP4 formats for all other vids.

We've already got the videos rendered - just waiting for the "go live" step. :) 

are the chapters combined in the videos i am downloading???  when i click on chatpers 1 and two of a video, they appear different in quicktime.  when i try to download the different chapters, they all appear as the first chapter.  maybe i am not downloading this correctly...

Little confused about what you are asking - what video are you looking at?

All quicktime files are long versions without chapters.  Chapters only exist for streaming videos live on the site.

New wmv format:

Please bigger files, the mov format i like more. 

Agreed. The video contains more pixels but is of lower quality. Like when you store a printscreen as JPEG in MS Paint, the image gets messed up. The numbers are still readable and all but I liked mov alot better. DivX encoded AVIs basicly have MOV quality but WMV size, if size is an issue...

on any videos slpit into parts i cant watch part 4 and onwards, but 1-3 play fine, any advice to fix this problem?

I got the 10 downloads allowed per week message, but I haven't downloaded 10.  It may have counted each time I closed  the window to double check whether I already had the download.

D/L counter reset - investigating why it triggered early. 

I hit my download limit last week. Now I downloaded 3 videos and it says I hit my limit again?

 If it's a counter based on total downloads in the past 7 days rather than a timer-resetted counter it's unfair because you have to use optimal download patterns to achieve the actual 10 downloads per week (ie, download 10 vids on monday week 1, download 10 vids on sunday week 2 and you won't be able to download any vids in week untill sunday, even though you've downloaded 20 videos in the past 26 days at saturday).

If it's timer based, when does the counter reset exactly?

Hey epic, they have reduced the number of downloads to 7 a week, had the same probs and chris told me that due to so much spamming. But he ll definitely reset your counter, I guess .

Lol I don't mind as long as it isn't a bug because I'm trying to build a library

The FAQ still says 10 downloads/week.

 I was trying to download the new charder video in iPod format, and it was only coming up as a 1K download.  I tried to download it a couple times, and then my download counter went over the limit.  Any help?  It says it's going to reset tomorrow, but I'd like to try to get some downloads for a flight at 6AM.

Hi, I just downloaded two old Ansky vids and now I'm not seeing any download links.

Just out of interest is there still a download limit ? and if so why and can we have it removed ?

I downloaded both of Charder30's new mtt vids, and in the first one upon viewing it hangs up on his last hand which is AA.  Then in the part two it does it again about 5-10 min in and it last the entire length of the video.

Try downloading the files again. I've had the same problem with another video. The file size was suspiciously small aswell. I downloaded the file again and it was much larger and played all the way till the end.

Not getting dl links today. May I get reset ?

Ansky #28, it keeps downloading as a 0kb file. Cleared cache and everything. It took several times before I finally managed to download it but it was low quality. Now I'm trying to download the updated HQ version and I'm getting the download issues again. If I click the download link my browser crashes aswell (firefox), I have to right click-save as. When I try downloading it with internet explorer I get an error saying the server returned faulty data.

edit: you should see the d/l links now. had to do with your permssion settings as a site translator.

On the Andrew Brokos flop fundemntial series i try to download the first vid and half way through the download is says its complete and starts playing the vid in media player but gets about 10 mins in before hangin up.

 The same thing happened on Evan roberts head up PLO video

Rhodes #11 download (wmv format) stops after 1.5MB.  I can download other videos fine.
