The Situation: $30 Sit-N-Go, Level 4, 7 players remaining, 50/100 blinds. Everyone started with 1500 chips and you are the big stack with 5400. Your table image is that of a tight player who has always shown down quality hands. Your opponent has a stack of 2850. He has been playing very tight, but you know he is capable of switching gears as the blinds increase.
From UTG+1, you open raise to 350 with the 
and it folds around to your opponent who calls from the button. The blinds fold.
The flop comes 
and you decide to make a continuation bet of 600 with your overcards and gutshot.
Your opponent wastes no time moving all in for his remaining 2500. It will cost you 1900 to call, and you're getting right around 2-1 pot odds.

Trips could be around.
I dont think an A or K on turn or river would help.
I think only a 10 or 2 hearts leads to victory here.
Its to early in this tournament to go risky.

A Jack or two hearts could make you win this hand, but little chance those cards show up at river/turn. So it's better to fold and beside that your opponent hasn't been caught on any bluffing yet.

He might be bluffing and you still have the best hand, but he could also have a set.
Seeing as hes a conservative player, folding is better here.
Besides that, even if he threw his card open and showed QJ, i would still fold, as you have a very healthy stack and you dont have to take such a gamble.
