We have detected that you are based in the United States. Unfortunately, due to the vague and uncertain legal and regulatory environment in the United States, PokerSavvy does not allow United States residents to sign up for SavvyPoints or rakeback offers at real money poker rooms. We regret that we need to do this and hope that the US government will soon clarify the law and create a framework that allows US-based poker players to play the game they love safely and openly. We encourage you to contact your Congressperson to express your view that poker is not, and should not, be illegal and we encourage you to support candidates at all levels that share that view.

In the meantime, we welcome you to check out PokerSavvy Plus, our poker training product that is fully accessible to United States residents. Thanks for your understanding.

Review of Freeroll Manager Software

If you are one of the many freerollers out there, you are going to want to give this software from poker-tech.com a try.

It currently only works on FullTilt, although the company says it will support other sites soon. It is specifically designed to enroll in the many WSOP and Poker After Dark freeroll qualifiers that FullTilt has running daily.

These freerolls popup with no announcement and no warning and it is first come first serve. During peak times they can fill up in just a few seconds, so if you want to play you have got to sit there basically staring at the list where they pop up, and no false moves with the mouse!

Poker-Tech has taken the pain out of this process with Freeroll Manager and they have a free 3 day trial download. FRM (as they call it) allows you to specify exactly what games you are interested in playing (NL Hold'em, Pot Limit Hold'em, Razz, etc..) in an easy-to-use interface. Then you simply un-pause it and it starts scanning for and registering you in any freerolls meeting your criteria as they begin registering.

To register you, FRM must open the Tournament lobby and click on the appropriate buttons, a process than occurs surprisingly rapidly. It is a little distracting at first but you quickly become used to it. FRM can do its work while minimized, and it will work on FullTilt while you are playing other tables, while FullTilt is minimized, etc. It will register you in up to four tournaments at a time, and you can set the limit lower if you wish.

Everyone I've talked to that has tried it has really liked using it. I must say, it's quite addicting to be able to turn it on and within a few minutes have multiple chances to win a WSOP seat or play for big bucks on TV! All in all a very handy tool for freerollers!
