Resenha Completa

Resumo (Rated 7 out of 10)

Seleção de Jogos (Rated 7 out of 10)

Qualidade dos Jogadores (Rated 5 out of 10)

Software (Rated 6 out of 10)

Gráficos (Rated 6 out of 10)

Lucratividade (Rated 9 out of 10)

i played 1/2 no limit, easy money.. :)

+ very bad players, many tournaments, easy deposit bonus, fast savvy points

- many bad beats, slow cash out

Very good first experience

Posted Feb 28, 2008 by millinario

From what I can tell the paradise poker first deposit bonus is 100% rakeback on it's own.

The software is very poor, it's hard to see the dealer button for example, and it's easy to time out.

Because of this the sharks stay away, the NL50 and limit 2/4-3/6 were riddled with terrible players.

I noticed that I could also earn my bonus by playing blackjack 3 tabled poker and blackjack with the rest. Cleared my requirement in 5hours of play and was credited my Savvy points in 5 days. Excellent.

New depositors also get 5 x $500 freerolls during their first week. Typically the tournies have 200-250 players.

Bad players, mediocre software

Posted Feb 18, 2008 by PetrBlaha

If you really don't mind playing on "not-so-good" software with horrible players, this is place to go. Although you can't tile tables or somehow it isn't clear what's going on at the table, oponnents are just spewing money there!

Pacific - poker room for bankroll-building

Posted Feb 08, 2008 by besoffski01

I started to play at Pacific with 100 $ and 2 weeks later, I got 300 $ and cashed out. The competition at 5c / 10c ist very soft, but I noticed it strongly grows up at 10c / 25c and more. Rated 3 stars because there are a lot of rooms out there with a better software. In my opinion, this software is horrible. Graphics are simple and the software isn´t very easy to use.

Also, there are some strange tournaments, with $ 7.77 buy-in and 700 chips in 7 min blinds for example. I think this site is good for Cashgame and SnGs.

The best One!

Posted Feb 02, 2008 by Sunnymatrix

The Software isn't that good, but the Players are the baddest i ever played with.

It just took few days to clear the bonus.

If they will ever offer an reoladbonus, i will use it!!!!!

Soft games, easy bonus

Posted Dec 16, 2007 by lightningfast35

Pacific is still one of the softest sites around. They have updated their previously horrible software. The bonus is easy for multi-tablers and anyone who plays at the small stakes. Micro stakes players may have trouble meeting the $2000 wager requirement. Another $500 wagered will complete the Savvy requirements.

My Pacific Poker Review!

Posted Dec 05, 2007 by Orpheus83

This isn't the easiest SavvyPoints bonus out there, that's for sure. It takes some time to clear depending on the stakes you are playing for. The competition was okay at the limit tables, though they could use a bit more player traffic in their limit games. Their software could also use a tune-up.

My Pacific Poker Review!

Posted Dec 05, 2007 by renardino

The PokerSavvy bonus requirements were pretty easy to reach. Their software is decent since they recently updated it and the competition is soft. This bonus is a must do!

Easy and big bonus!

Posted Nov 15, 2007 by KingCur

It takes a bit of extra cash (I deposited $250), but then this promo brings with it a deposit bonus worth $100 and a very nice SavvyPoints bonus that were both fairly easy to finish at $0.50/$1 limit ring games. Furthermore, the competition can be softer here, allowing opportunities to further increase of your bankroll. Highly recommended!

Nice site!

Posted Oct 15, 2007 by qihu00

This room has a reputation of soft play, and I felt it as well while I was completing this bonus. It's an extremely generous bonus for those who play mid-stakes of about $2/$4 no-limit and up, but for those grinding at the micro-stakes it may be a bit tougher.

Great site!

Posted Sep 19, 2007 by altocampo

They have many open tables, so there is always action. Perfect graphics. I like that it is easy to re-size the game window and it is easy to choose your seating position at a table. They have many tournaments and some interesting freerolls. Good site!

Hard bonus, not much competition...

Posted Sep 11, 2007 by f4fd4

It took me a little longer to clear this bonus, but I never saw so many loose, passive fish. While clearing the bonus I doubled my deposit!

Pacific magic...

Posted Sep 10, 2007 by iiionf

In regards to Pacific Poker's software, I find that animation and graphics are respectable and the lobby is easy to use. On the other hand I find that the characters which represent the players are too caricatured. At the small-stakes tables the level of play is rather weak, such as players sticking around with weak kickers.

Somewhat easy...

Posted Sep 08, 2007 by ekspertti

This was not the easiest bonus I've played, but not also the toughest. I played $10 and $25 max buy-in no-limit games, and I think it's easy to finish this bonus at those stakes. I like Pacific Poker, their software was good and there was always enough tables (with a lot of fishies!) PokerSavvy's bonus is great, but Pacific Poker's own bonus is not so good. That "turn comp points to cash" bonus sucks. It feels like I have to play almost a million hands to earn $1. The free $25 welcome bonus is okay, though it is no longer available. I recommend clearing this bonus, but I would try some easier bonuses first.

Great Offer!

Posted Sep 06, 2007 by schollek

Thanks a lot for this great offer, PokerSavvy. The room looks awesome. The enemies are crazy and my SavvyPoints came directly after I completed the requirements. Good job guys!

Fish and chips!

Posted Aug 30, 2007 by Sunblocker

Very easy to clear as a no-limit player. Try to build a stack as large as possible and shove with any decent hand - lots of villains seem to either think nothing or middle pair is a monster. You gotta be tilt resistant though, suck outs will happen quite frequently, but since you're monsters will get paid off, you should be fine overall.

Great bonus!

Posted Aug 14, 2007 by Riverburn

The bonus was pretty easy to clear, and with my small bankroll it was great that you could use the bonus amount right away. The players were really horrible. I didn't like the software at all, it took a long time to get used to.

Takes a while, but easy villains...

Posted Aug 02, 2007 by Minttu

This one requires a bit of time if you're playing small stakes, I finished it playing two $100 max buy-in no-limit tables. Fortunately the competition isn't tough, pretty easy to beat in fact. Not too keen on the software, but that's just my two cents.

Very Weak!

Posted Aug 01, 2007 by nigeure

A large choice of gamblers, fishy zone. The graphics are okay but the skill level of the other players is very low, so it was a funny experience.

Not an easy bonus!

Posted Jul 10, 2007 by gusorama

I played no-limit Hold'em with a $50 max buy-in, playing four 10 seat tables at the same time. It took a long time to clear the bonus. The fixed limit games are also good, but you will need to spend more time playing them to earn your bonus. The competition seems to be soft (many players of 30% to 60% VPIP). I made some easy money but be prepared for some hard suck outs. People there can't lay down their gutshot draws and a lot of them are just huge freakin' gamblers. So don't go on tilt! The software is horrible! It's slow and ugly. The frequent player program is quite poor, $0.01 in bonus for each point earned, but to earn one point you have to wager $10! Cashing out took a while for me. Clear the bonus and get the hell out of there!

Horrible software, horrible players...

Posted Jun 28, 2007 by nxtyear

The software is very difficult to get used to, as the chip stacks are difficult to read, and scaling down the table sizes makes it impossible to read (mini-views becomes pointless.) The lobby takes ages to update, so even if you join a game with five seats available, you will find them full when you actually open the table. The players are horrible. They seem to hit every time (maybe I just had a bad run.) Basically, be prepared to play tight and pray to God you hit when you raise pre-flop. Their bonus was attractive (especially PokerSavvy's $25 extra) and it can be cleared while completing the PokerSavvy requirements, which is good. The Comp Points are essentially useless after that. I had a very difficult time at this site, and it took a while to clear it two-tabling $50 max buy-in no-limit Hold'em.

Bad poker room!

Posted Jun 26, 2007 by Goli

The new graphics are very bad. There are too many details that are not necessary and take up too much space. I didn't like the software. The buttons are too small and you can easily make a mistake because of this. Also, you can only play up to 4 tables at the same time. Cashing out takes more time than usual. The only good thing is the fact that there are a lot of bad players.

Biggest fishes, but bad software...

Posted Jun 26, 2007 by SirPumpkin

At pacific you can find the biggest fishes, but can only play at up to four tables at the same time. The software isn't good, and cashing out takes too much time. I won't play there again.

Very good bonus!

Posted Jun 11, 2007 by kaitmanFR

This bonus is incredibly good! The software sucks, but the opponents are so bad that this is not a problem!

Very soft games!

Posted Jun 08, 2007 by Ghoulio

The software sucks, but the games are so soft it makes up for it. The bonus is very easy to complete at the higher stakes games.

Bad Software & Bad Graphics...

Posted Jun 04, 2007 by Bob.The

Not too much competition. There are many loose players and the guys making a lot of minimum bets seem to be regulars. The software is very bad. You'll need a good monitor or you will have to be tolerant. The software lags after resizing the tables. Notifications that it's your turn are not strong enough. As for the graphics, cards are hard to make out even with a 4 colored deck. There are not enough cash game tables, hardly any Sit'n'Go tables at all!

Really fishy!

Posted May 27, 2007 by MrYann94

One of the most fishy rooms I've played at. Their software is slow and you are limited to only four tables at a time. Works with Poker Office but not with Poker Tracker unless you purchase a $25 plug-in, and you can data mine. Poor player traffic if you want to play games other than Hold'em.

Great room!

Posted May 26, 2007 by fierrot

I loved this room cause there were a lot of fish at it! The PokerSavvy bonus was quite hard to finish because I was playing small stakes...

Great Website!

Posted May 02, 2007 by IceCreamMan

I thought I would stay a short time at this site, but, in fact I'm still on it. You will find a lot of of fish and donkeys there but if you play tight and be patient, I'm pretty sure you will earn a lot of money. The software is nice but you can't open more than four tables at a time.

Pacific Poker

Posted Apr 18, 2007 by LostInPlay

A quiet good and well frequented site with many fishes and a good variety of games on each limit.
It´s possible to clear the savvy points pretty fast, even on the lower limits.

Average Bonus...

Posted Apr 12, 2007 by Evexo

This bonus takes some time to clear at low limits, but is worth the SavvyPoints. The software is horrific, no resizing of tables and full of advertisements.

Great Value!

Posted Apr 11, 2007 by NjitRam

Clearing this bonus takes quite some time at the lower levels, but even then it's very do-able. Competition is a joke, lots of gamblers. Left with a nice profit and my precious SavvyPoints!

Great Fish!

Posted Apr 10, 2007 by chrissyweiss

This bonus is easy to clear and at $200 max buy-in no-limit are more fish then anywhere else! So go and give this site a shot and get easy SavvyPoints, fast!

Ugly software and gamblers

Posted Apr 07, 2007 by DjLex

I haven't had much fun at Pacific Poker. A lot of gamblers on the site, which resulted in a lot of losses with the nuts on the flop for me. The software is really ugly and has too few options. All in all it offers the poker player the usual stuff like Sit'n'Goes and tournaments, but for me it was too little.

Easy Money!!!

Posted Apr 03, 2007 by stefano85

I liked Pacific Poker. The software is not the best, but it's okay. There are nice guaranteed tournaments with very few participants. You can make easy money at Pacific Poker in the cash games.

The bonus is just that!

Posted Mar 29, 2007 by Mriswith

Playing No-Limit Hold'em this bonus cleared pretty fast even at the low limits ($10 and $25 max buy-in) due to the fact that even uncalled bets count as 'wagered'. So, a common strategy is to build a stack as large as possible and shove it in when one's ahead. Because of this I guess you'll find the Pacific games some of the most profitable, lots of players push with any made hand as 'good' as middle-pair or they seem to consider Ax being unbeatable. You'll get your share of suck outs and bad beats, as well as finding it difficult to put someone on a hand, but when playing reasonably well to only some degree, the loose aggressive games will pay off big time.

Big aquarium, not an easy Bonus

Posted Mar 22, 2007 by poker123phil

At first I played $10 max buy-in No-Limit, but noticed after two weeks or so, that it would be very hard to clear the bonus requirements on that level if you are not a very excessive player. So I moved up to $25 max buy-in No-Limit, and it worked out very well for me. When I finished I had made about $500. There are a lot of fish playing at Pacific, so I think everyone who wants to bump-up his bankroll should try this one. I didn't like the software because there are almost no features and it looks very old-fashioned. There are also very few Sit'n'Go's, and tournaments in general aren't worth playing. All in all, I recommend this poker room to everyone because it is probably one of the biggest aquariums in the online poker world.

Pacific Poker

Posted Mar 14, 2007 by toldi333

Rigged room! Unbelievable suck-outs, very loose players. I don't like their software, poor hand history browser. If I could go back I wouldn't have started this promotion. After receiving all the bonuses, I was up something like $10, so I think that was waste of time.

Bad software

Posted Mar 09, 2007 by DrazzicEhv

The software at Pacific is pretty bad. You can't resize the tables, so it's very hard to multi-table. At medium stakes and higher this bonus is very easy to clear. Overall, it's a very good bonus!

Easy players

Posted Feb 15, 2007 by mpietari

I didn't like the software very much, but players on this site were very bad. I saw many people going all-in with a hand like pocket deuces!

Easy!

Posted Feb 13, 2007 by Harri59

You will find that there is an easy bonus to clear, and a lot of fish, but they have only a few tables at each limit, it depends on the hour. They have few tournaments, and an ugly website.

Pacific Poker Review

Posted Feb 13, 2007 by drunken

Not bad, not good, Pacific Poker offers a really good first deposit bonus and the poker room is so juicy. But wow, it's so slow. Three tables and my laptop was on tilt. Anyway, for the SavvyPoints bonus it's a nice deal. It took me about a week and a half of playing three No-Limit $50 buy-in tables to clear the bonus.

Easy bonus to clear at $1/2 Fixed-Limit

Posted Jan 30, 2007 by Superbat89

It's really easy to clear this bonus while 4-tabling at $1/2 Limit Hold'em, but be careful for the calling stations!

Pacific poker short review

Posted Jan 27, 2007 by Arlequin333

-Level of players: Really low 5/5
-Player Traffic: correct 3/5
-Number of tables you can open: limited to four cash game tables and one tourney 2/5
-Bonus: Not a really big one, but easy to catch 2.5/5
-Others: Never seen such a ugly room! And you won't listen to the cards and dealer sounds... 0/5

Final note: 2.5/5, A really fishy room, but suffers from lack of features.

It's okay

Posted Jan 12, 2007 by wladouille

Great poker room with lot's of players. The chat is the only problem, you must open a window separate from each table you play on. The SavvyPoints I received are very good! It took me about 25 hours to clear the bonus and I played at the N0-Limit $25 Max Buy-in tables. Thanks PokerSavvy for the points!

Hard, but not impossible

Posted Jan 11, 2007 by Ingoal

I'm a lower limit grinder, so at first I was a little reluctant to even try this promotion, but after doing it in under 2 weeks I can say I'm glad I tried and succeeded. I give 4 out of 5 Stars for the following reasons:

1. It's clearly not 5 Stars as the wagering requirement are rather high (250 Comp Points equals $2500 wagered) and the exchange rate for the comp points isn't all that good either (100 Comp Points = $1$
2. I was undecided between giving 3 Stars and 4 Stars, what made me lean towards 4 Stars was the special promotion that is currently running, 1250 SavvyPoints instead of 900. Under the normal circumstances it would have gotten 3 Stars from me.
3. As a Sit'n'Go and tournament player, I was a little disappointed about the fact that Comp Points can only be earned in cash games or playing Black Jack.
4. Quality of players: When I played poker, I mostly played lower-limit No-Limit, $.05/.10 or $.10/.25, and there was a good mix of well rounded players (maybe 10-20% depending on the table), "fishy" players (not necessarily real fish, but weak/weak-tight players, to the tune of 50-70%) and some rocks/sharks (less than 10%.)
5. UI - not the best around, some things come to mind, especially the weird bet alignment (not placing the chips right in front of every player - depending on the seat position this is either accurate or not at all) and the lack of avatars...
6. User information: Superb, every time you stand up from the table the cashier numbers AND, more importantly, the comp points are up to date!

Horrible, not very good software

Posted Jan 10, 2007 by Scorpi084

The software is slow, but you can find huge fish at this room. Easy money! Moreover, there is enough people to play at any hour.

Pacific is not good

In my opinion, Pacific Poker software is quite awful. The customer service is slow.

Pacific Poker review.

Posted Nov 14, 2006 by babbicka1

Nice software, pretty weak players. Not the fastest bonus to clear, but it's worth the SavvyPoints. Good bonus.

Hard for low-stakes players, but worth it!

Posted Nov 10, 2006 by Skydive

Pacific has a nice bonus, together with the deposit bonus it can easily reach $200.
But, you have to play for some time!
Pacific is VERY fishy and therefore kind of swingy even at limits $1/2 and up!
Altogether I made a good profit, so when you have time to play poker and clear the easy promotions, try this one!

I enjoyed playing at Pacific, games are very soft at the lower limits, software is simple and user friendly with decent graphics. Only problem was the cashout can take up to 5 days. Won $800 (not including bonus) playing 25 and 50 NL.

Pacific Poker

Posted Oct 03, 2006 by Milhouse

Pacific poker was a great room. I was able to find plenty of good games. The software worked well. It did not take me as long to clear the hand requirements as i thought it would. Unlike most hand requirements this one favors a no limit player, so this was good for me.

why risk own money?!

Posted Sep 29, 2006 by kommanda

hello,

what i liked most is, you can deposit, and withdrwal immedately, so that you play with the bonus money to earn the sign-up bonus and the pokersavvy-bonus!!!
This makes me 100 signup-bonus+ 25 pokersavvy EXTRA + 900 pokersavvy points (circa 90dollar) = 215 dollar without ever risk my own money!!!

The players at pacific are very strange, sometimes you have very good players, sometimes very bad ones, so, sometimes you get many bad beats, sometimes you double up and up and up....

The software of pacific is nice, although you can play only 3 tables.

multitabling, play tight, and if everybody goes allin after the flop, dont be scared, the most times, they don't have it, never saw so many stupid allin's before.
if you have your aa, just go allin, the chance to get 2 or 3 callers is very good, never seen this before ;)
good luck

The requirements are difficult to clear, but the games are so soft that this is probably one of the best promotions on PokerSavvy!

Pacific Poker

I really like pacific poker. Especially for their loose and bad players.
I never experienced such bad players before, even on limits like 1/2$.
It is looser than pokerstars 0.02/0.04$.

Of course you will receive alot of bad beats, because you simply cannot protect your hand. They will call anything. But you should win in the long run.

The traffic is real good, there many tables at each limit.

The biggest downside is that you can only play at 3 tables at the same time, which is a little bit boring if you are used to 4 or more tables.
Another thing is, that you cannot see the mucked hands of other players, at least i don't know how.

But overall, i recommend playing on Pacific, the bonus is easy to clear if you play limit like .5/1 or higher.
And you should make a nice profit.

Opinion about Pacific Poker

Pacific Poker provides one of the best games online. I've been playing there mainly since I registered my account through Pokersavvy. The software is quite simple, but it works. Nice detail is that you can watch every hand you have played on video afterwards. Also good news is that multitabling is possible nowadays. Good choice of
multi-table and sit'n'go tournaments brings Pacific some extra value too.
