Pocket Queens over valued.....

Well two nights in a row I've screwed myself with those ladies of death. First night : first hand of final table I get QQ otb and everyone folds to the cutoff who is big stack. With blinds at 5000/10000 he bets 20000, I have 54000  left so when I see the ladies I'm already to push and I do figuring he's just stabbing at the pot since the blinds stacks are smaller than mine. Like I said I'm allin and he calls and shows AA. I'm first one out first hand.

Second night after first break  I have KK and double up, 2nd hand A9s I take the blinds, same with the 3rd and 4th hands with 910s and Ako, then comes the ladies I bet 600 the villian is the same that I doubled up on raises it 1700 I figure he's still mad and is just trying to get some back, but I just call, flop is all low cards that don't match he bets 2000 I push and they call and again AA shows up knocking me from 13000 to 2000.

the first night after I think about it I should have thought about the big stacks bet, I feel he was looking for someone to push a good hand being small stacked to him. I don't know if I should have just let it go and wait for the other two to blind out and gain a few spots up the ladder, but with myself with a small stack also I wanted to take a chance to double up plus some. I wasn't thinking about AA or KK.

The next night I just got greedy. Something told me to slow down with the queens after what happened the night before and taking the last four pots and only showing down the kings but when I saw the ragged flop I thought "it's mine" again not thinking about him having AA or KK. I actually thought he had AK but not AA again.

LOL feel free to pick me apart, It's just another day in class.

You're always up against ranges. AA and KK are part of those. The fact that you ran into them a couple of times in a row is just bad variance.
